Himanshu Mishra is a civil engineer working for the Irrigation & Flood Control Department of the Delhi Government. He has also worked as a Junior Engineer for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd. He studied B.tech in civil engineering at Dr A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University and Diploma in Civil Engineering at D N Polytechnic Meerut.
